Policy brief and purpose
Our data protection policy refers to our commitment to treat information about employees and customers with the utmost care and confidentiality. This policy helps us to ensure that we gather, store and handle data fairly, transparently and with respect towards individual rights.
The policy refers to all parties who provide personal information to us.
Student Data
We use an admission form to enrol our students.  The form asks for limited and essential information such as name of parent, student, e-mail address and any medical information that we may need to be aware of. This is to ensure that we have all the relevant information needed for emergency contact(s), school year and any child protection information that parents/carers may wish to share with us.
This is to the benefit of keeping our students safe. This information is stored in a safe cabinet.
