Policy brief and purpose Our data protection policy refers to
our commitment to treat information about employees and customers with the
utmost care and confidentiality.
This policy helps us to ensure that
we gather, store and handle data fairly, transparently and with respect towards
individual rights. The policy refers to all parties who
provide personal information to us. Student Data We use an admission form to enrol our
students. The form asks for limited and
essential information such as name of parent, student, e-mail address and any
medical information that we may need to be aware of.
This is to ensure that we have all the
relevant information needed for emergency contact(s), school year and any child
protection information that parents/carers may wish to share with us. This is to the benefit of keeping our
